Background & expertise
Conor Grennan is the CEO and founder of AI Mindset, an executive-education firm he launched in April 2024 to help senior leaders at companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, McKinsey, JP Morgan, and NASA actually adopt AI across their organizations. Before that, he spent more than a decade at NYU’s Stern School of Business, most recently as its Chief AI Architect, where he designed and ran the AI training programs that became a model for enterprise deployment at Fortune 100s. Today he is listed on the Edelman Top 50 Trusted Voices in AI and writes to more than 140,000 followers on LinkedIn about the organizational realities of working with large language models.
Conor arrived at AI by an unusual route. He is the New York Times #1 international bestselling author of Little Princes (HarperCollins, 2010), a memoir of reuniting trafficked children with their families in Nepal. The book was translated into fifteen languages. He founded Next Generation Nepal in 2006 and was awarded the Dalai Lama Unsung Hero of Compassion Award in 2014 for that work. He teaches alongside Amy Webb in a MasterClass on AI, and is represented as a keynote speaker by Harry Walker Agency.
