We are a small team, so please be specific in your subject line — one-word "hi" emails take the longest to route. If you're not sure where your message belongs, default to the general editorial inbox and we will forward it.
Editorial
General editorial questions, feedback on our coverage, story pitches from experts and sources, and anything that doesn't fit elsewhere: hello@aichatdaily.com. Expected response: within one business day on weekdays, longer on weekends and US holidays.
Story tips
Have something we should be covering? A leak, a document, a pattern you're noticing inside an AI company, a use case no one is talking about, or a story another outlet got wrong? Send it to the dedicated tips inbox and we will treat it confidentially. See the full tips page for how we handle sensitive material, including Signal and on-the-record vs. off-the-record ground rules.
Corrections
Think we got a fact wrong, mis-quoted someone, or missed critical context? Please email hello@aichatdaily.com with the article URL, a description of the issue, and — if you have it — a link to a primary source we can verify against. We respond to correction requests within one business day and publish corrections transparently. See our corrections policy for the full process and the kinds of fixes we treat as corrections vs. clarifications vs. retractions.
Press inquiries
For interview requests with AI Chat Daily's editor-in-chief or staff, podcast-appearance requests, or background comment on our coverage: hello@aichatdaily.com with "Press" in the subject line. A downloadable press kit with logos, headshots, bios, and audience stats is available on our press page.
Advertising and sponsorships
To sponsor an episode of the AI Chat podcast network, a slot in the AI Chat Daily newsletter, or to discuss custom partnerships: see our advertise & sponsor page for current opportunities, audience demographics, rates, and the ground rules that keep our reporting independent. Inquiries go to hello@aichatdaily.com.
Partnerships and syndication
Interested in syndicating our reporting, co-producing a piece of journalism, licensing our coverage for internal company use, or partnering on an event? Email hello@aichatdaily.com with the shape of what you have in mind. We cannot promise we'll say yes, but we respond to every serious inquiry.
Guest essays and op-eds
We occasionally publish guest analysis from practitioners, researchers, and operators with hard-won perspective on the AI industry. Pitch the idea — not a finished essay — in 150 words or less to hello@aichatdaily.com with "Pitch" in the subject line. Include a one-line bio and a link to prior work. We reply to every pitch we can use, and do our best to respond to those we can't.
Technical issues
Broken link, RSS feed that won't update, newsletter that stopped arriving, or accessibility issue on the site? Email hello@aichatdaily.com with a description of the problem, the URL where you saw it, and (if relevant) your browser and device. Our accessibility statement lists the commitments we try to meet and how to report when we miss them.
Mailing address
AI Chat Daily operates remotely. Physical correspondence is not accepted by default — please email first and we will share a forwarding address if one is required for your message.
Social
We read replies on our social accounts but cannot respond to every message there. For anything that needs a real answer, please email. Links to our official accounts are in the footer of this page.
