Reach operators building with AI.

AI Chat Daily audiences are founders, engineers, researchers, and operators actively deploying AI in their work. If that’s who you need to reach, here’s how to work with us.

The audience

AI Chat Daily publishes daily across three surfaces — the website, the AI Chat Daily newsletter, and the AI Chat podcast network. Our readers and listeners skew toward people with buying and building authority: technical founders, product leaders, ML engineers, developer tool evaluators, IT decision makers, and the creatives, researchers, and educators who are the loudest voices inside their organizations about AI adoption.

The podcast network has been downloaded millions of times and regularly places in the top business/tech charts in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. A detailed, up-to-date audience one-pager with listener demographics, geography, and episode-level reach is available on request — email hello@aichatdaily.com and we will send it along.

What you can sponsor

Podcast network

Host-read ads across four shows: AI Chat, AI Hustle, AI Applied, and AI in Faith. Inventory is sold as pre-roll (~60 seconds, before the first segment), mid-roll (~90 seconds, inside the show), and post-roll (~30 seconds, at the end). We also run limited-run series sponsorships — one advertiser on every episode of a multi-episode arc — and full-show presenting sponsorships where availability allows.

Ads are read by the host in their own voice, based on talking points you provide. You can review the read before it ships. We do not run programmatic or dynamic inventory on the network.

AI Chat Daily newsletter

One primary sponsor slot per weekday issue, placed above the fold with a clearly-labeled “Sponsored” disclosure. AI Chat Daily goes out five mornings a week to subscribers who asked to hear from us — open rates and click-throughs run well above the industry average for tech newsletters. A second secondary slot (a one-line “brought to you by” mention near the footer) is occasionally available.

Custom and partnership work

We occasionally co-produce with partners: industry reports, limited-run podcast series, virtual events, and research roundtables. These are bespoke, editorially independent, and carry a “Produced with X” credit. We do not publish native advertorials that mimic our reporting voice.

Formats we do not run

  • Display ads on the website. The site is ad free and will remain so.
  • Third-party tracking pixels. We do not drop cookies or pixels from advertisers into the site or the newsletter.
  • Native advertising disguised as editorial.Sponsored content is always labeled, visually distinct, and not written by our editorial team.
  • Paid placements in news stories. Bylined reporting is never for sale.

The wall between sponsors and coverage

This is the important part. Sponsoring a show, a newsletter, or a partnership does not buy you favorable editorial coverage. It also does not shield you from scrutiny: we have reported on sponsors when the story warranted it, and we will again. The rules we live by:

  • Editors make editorial decisions. Sales does not sit in editorial meetings.
  • Sponsors do not see stories before publication and do not review copy that mentions them.
  • When we cover a company that has sponsored us in the last twelve months, that relationship is disclosed in a note at the bottom of the story.
  • We reserve the right to decline any sponsor whose product we cannot honestly recommend or whose behavior conflicts with our editorial standards.

Specs and lead times

Podcast reads: talking points, approved claims, and a tracking URL or discount code due one week before the target episode. Newsletter placements: copy (about 80 words), subject-line hook, a hero image (1200×600), and a destination URL due three business days before the send.

For regulated categories — health, finance, crypto, firearms, gambling — additional review applies and lead times are longer. We do not run political, adult, or weapons advertising.

Rates

Rates depend on format, volume, exclusivity, and flight window. A current rate card and booking calendar are available on request. Annual and multi-episode packages carry a meaningful discount over one-off runs.

Getting started

Tell us about your product, who you're trying to reach, the timing you have in mind, and your budget range. We'll send back the audience deck, the rate card, and available slots, and take it from there. Prefer email? hello@aichatdaily.com.

Start a conversation

One real sentence about who you're reaching and what you'd like to sponsor beats a press release. Real budgets and timing get a faster reply than 'just exploring.'

Submissions go straight to a real inbox; we don't share your information. We aim to reply within one business day.
