Snapchat's AI strategy is genuinely innovative — generative AR lenses are the best in any social app, and the integrated experience makes AI feel native to the camera-first product. For Snap users, the AI features add real value at a reasonable price. For non-Snap users, the AI alone isn't a reason to switch.
