Gears of War: E-Day is now streaming on Nvidia's GeForce NOW following its global release on Oct. 6, with Ultimate members getting RTX 5080-class performance in the cloud alongside NVIDIA DLSS and NVIDIA Reflex. The prequel, set 14 years before the original Gears of War, follows Marcus Fenix and Dom Santiago as they confront the Locust Horde on Emergence Day.

The title ships on Steam and Xbox and is available on Game Pass. GeForce NOW streams it to low-power laptops, Macs, mobile devices, handhelds and browsers including Firefox, bypassing the local-hardware requirement for the game's campaign, cooperative and competitive modes.

Nvidia is adding 10 games to the service this week, seven of them new releases. Alongside Gears of War: E-Day, the week's debuts include STAR WARS: Galactic Racer on Oct. 6, Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival, Forever Ago, Order of the Sinking Star and Silver Pines on Oct. 8, and Permafrost on Oct. 9. Graveyard Keeper 2, Solasta II and Tyr round out the slate.
