Nooks has secured $500 million in growth capital from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund and launched Node, an AI assistant built for sales reps. The AI sales startup announced the funding on Nov. 4 alongside a new Revenue Agent Platform, where reps and AI agents work the full revenue cycle together.
The money is not a conventional priced equity round. Nooks describes it as growth capital, and the post says General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund invests in sales and marketing for companies with proven, predictable customer economics, then gets repaid from the customer value that spending creates. Nooks did not disclose a valuation.
Nooks says it will use the capital to bring new products to market, scale into the enterprise and international markets, and hire across the company. It lists more than 100 open roles.
“AI changed how software gets built. Nooks is changing how it gets sold”— Pranav Singhvi, Partner and co-head of the Customer Value Fund at General Catalyst

Node is the headline product. Nooks calls it the first AI personal assistant for sales, and its first job is deal management. Reps approve every message before it goes out, and Nooks says 96% of emails drafted by its agents are sent without edits.
The broader Revenue Agent Platform runs Deal, Outbound, Expansion and Coaching agents today. Inbound agents are scheduled to arrive in the first quarter of 2027.
Nooks frames a true revenue agent around three traits: it works toward a goal, keeps durable context on calls, emails, stakeholders and objections across months or years, and learns on its own. The company says its research team trains agents on more than 1 billion real sales interactions, and that agents rehearse plays against a simulated buyer before they reach a real one.
The customer numbers are the backbone of the pitch. Nooks says more than 2,000 companies run on its software, including Glean, Notion, Deel, Factory and Replit. It reports growth of roughly 3x year over year, net revenue retention of 135%, and more than half of customers using more than one Nooks product. The company also says customers typically build 3x more pipeline with Nooks.
Dan Lee, Nooks' co-founder and CEO, wrote the announcement. He started the company in late 2020 with Rohan Suri and Nikhil Cheerla, and previously worked at Scale AI and Cerebras Systems.
The new commitment dwarfs Nooks' earlier funding. The company raised a $22 million Series A in April 2024 and a $43 million Series B led by Kleiner Perkins in October 2024, according to its blog.
In the announcement, Lee wrote that within a year, a rep without agents will look as outdated as a rep without a phone. Nooks is now putting $500 million behind that claim.
